San Diego, California, August 20th, 2011 - ChemDiv,Inc (www.chemdiv.com), global provider of the world’s largest collection of commercially available small-molecule compounds, announced today that it has entered into an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Shanghai Topscience Co., Ltd, (www.tsbiochem.com), a China based company focused on sales and marketing of chemical libraries for drug discovery needs.
TopScience is recognized as the exclusive agent to promote and sell ChemDiv’s 1.5 million compound Discovery Chemistry Collection and over 40,000 Building Blocks in the Peoples Republic of China. This collaboration will enable high quality service for customers in China with effective marketing, information and purchasing support for ChemDiv's products and services.
