San Diego, CA – ChemDiv, Inc., global provider of the world’s largest collection of commercially available small-molecule compounds, announces the release of the unique E-Commerce portal at http://eshop.chemistryondemand.com. Supported by MolSoft, LLC., breakthrough mechanisms in molecular graphics and visualization, the web-based instrument integrates the cutting-edge chemical knowledge and technological know-how into the powerful platform, which allows instant and easy search and online ordering.
The E-Commerce resource streamlines users’ access to ChemDiv’s Discovery Chemistry Collection of over 1,500,000 screening compounds and Collection of Building Blocks of over 10,000 structures. Molecules are available for search and immediate purchase using a credit card or a purchase order. The search engine stands out as a user-friendly tool that allows a customer search for compounds by utilizing any of the methods: drawing a structure or a part of a structure, entering sample ID number, using SMILES, uploading SD-file or Mol-file, etc. In addition, the system enables searches not only by individual molecules, but also by entire templates that constitute the foundation of ChemDiv’s collection (more than 5,000 templates are available for the search in this mode). As a result, users are able to immediately retrieve entire sub-libraries of compounds synthesized around any given template. The embedded filtering tools (like MW, ClogP, PSA, ClogD, etc.) let researchers perform quick and efficient refinement of such libraries and cherry pick of individual compounds from those for immediate purchase. “Over the 20 years of experience, ChemDiv has established a tradition of scientific excellence in providing state-of-the-art chemistry solutions to our partners. With MolSoft’s major achievements in technology, content, ease of use, and our unique compounds collection, ChemDiv enables discovery scientists to explore the full depth and breadth of novel chemical libraries, using contemporary approaches to accelerate procurement and drug discovery”, said Nikolay Savchuk, ChemDiv’s President and CEO.
