ChemDiv has built its extensive reputation on the quality and breadth of its chemical expertise. We use our extensive drug-like chemical library, medicinal chemistry prowess, rational and structure-based drug design and chemical infomatics capabilities to rapidly apply these technologies to novel targets to identify lead compounds for further development. Success is achieved by a close integration of the chemistry and biology teams experts in setting up high efficiency drug screening cascades, developing meaningful structure activity relationships with several distinct chemical series and optimizing those candidates against the agreed upon drug like characteristics. ChemDiv has been successful in working with many different classes of drug targets including but not limited to enzymes(e.g. kinases), receptors (e.g. GPCRs) and ion channels.
